AAA Cards Challenge #260: Sketch

 I really like to make masculine cards, because I discovered a big secret a few years ago: men love handmade cards. It's not even about the general look of a card, they simply really appreciate the effort. In my experience, even generally grumpy men will enjoy receiving a handmade card.

For this AAA Cards Challenge I decided to make a masculine card with our sketch. As you can see, I "mirrored" the sketch to make this card. I used stamps of "old" cars and heat embossed those with WOW embossing powder and VersaMark ink.

    This is such a cool stamp set and yes perfect for the challenge and perfect for masculine cards. Definitely no grumpy men when they see this fab creation.

    I have a VW Beetle! I love this card!!! I need to work on my masculine cards...they don't come easy to me...

 Mijn lieve schoonvader is maandag jarig en hij wordt alweer 63 jaar! AAA Cards Challenge #263: Anything CAS Goed/Wedding (Anniversary)

 Are you married or are you sensible? I love my husband so much, I would totally catch a bullet for him (and complain about te pain later). But man, aren't men weird?! They like sports like boxing and cycling and that just does not make any sense. And they believe women make no sense. I don't get it!  My husband is a fine specimen by the way. He is rather tall and helps around the house. He can fix almost everything, even though it might take a year or four. He is a great dad and an amazing spouse. Yeah. I won the husband lottery. We're married two years this year, but we've known each other for eleven years now. We met in a bar, on the dancefloor and dated for a bit then.
